2 From The New Recycling Program at Mitch's North

We started a new program at Mitch's North with Jon who does the board buying and runs the CNC machine for local shapers. When you machine blanks every now and then you get a bad blank or the cutting is off. If the blank was cut for a shortboard it is most likely that you can't reshape it into something usable so historically these bad blanks where trash.

Jon, like us, doesn't like to simply trash things because you don't have an immediate use for them.  Since we buy a lot of our supplies from Mitch's it was only natural to begin a conversation of what we could do together to reuse what were his trash.

Above are the first of hopefully many that will be made from their production waste.  They are available at their shop. Jon, thanks so much for the opportunity. We really appreciate it.
